Work Program
This program provides participants with paid work at our onsite or offsite facilities. Workers can earn a paycheck while also earning vacation time. Work skills could include assembly or equipment operation. In addition to work skills, other valuable skills are learned that lead to self-advocacy.
Senior Program
This unique and innovative program offers developmentally disabled Senior Citizens the opportunity to participate in paid work opportunities, art classes, outdoor and exercise activities, like chair volleyball. Seniors have a choice and still receive the highly individualized attention they need to reach their potential.
Supported
Employment
Our Supported Employment Program is a community based work opportunity offered to adults with disabilities. A job developer will work one on one to secure employment suitable to the individual's interests and abilities. This includes creating a profile and resume for the individual, assessing their past work experiences, desired outcomes, any barriers to the desired outcome and existing need of supports. Job site observation, job training and job site support ensure maximum success for all participants.

This program offers individuals with disabilities a mixture of opportunities. With an impressive staff to participant ratio, individuals have a rich choice of work opportunities and outings. During the spring and summer months gardening is very popular, but participation in reading groups, cooking, and community volunteer activities are just a few of the choices available in the program.
